What is aroma diffuser jewellery?

    Aroma diffuser jewellery is the type of jewellery, which allows you to apply the aromatic essence such as your favourite essential oils or perfumes to the aromatic element. In our case, it is the lava stone. Lava stone is perfect for such application due to its natural porous structure, which is well-known for its absorbent and scent-releasing properties.

What makes Aromaries Jewellery special?

We developed innovative nickel-free hypoallergenic mirror plating technology. We created a fine thread integration solution for lava stone diffuser element, which is very compound for production of jewellery. Our quality is made to last due to complex solid metal cutting technique for better durability. We care for nature and people as we are using sustainable packaging with minimal ecological footprint.

What type of aromatic essences can I apply?

    You can apply essential oils, perfumes or any other aromatic essences. Prior to application, please check our section “How to Apply” on our website to extend the lifespan of your favourite Aromaries Jewellery accessory.

How long the aroma will last on the lava stone?

Usually, around 2-5 days. Aroma applied to Aromaries Jewellery accessory will definitely last much longer than directly on the body due to one main reason – pores of the lava stone will not allow fragrance to vaporize as fast as from the body.
It also depends on the type, quality and persistence of aroma essence.

How to apply aromatic essences to Aromaries Jewellery?

Always unscrew the lid of aromatic element and take out the lava stone prior to application of aroma essence. Remember that Aromaries Jewellery is plated with real 18k gold, rose gold and rhodium; therefore it requires the appropriate care in order to extend the lifespan of your favourite accessory.

    Can I purchase online from anywhere in the world?

      Currently we ship to most countries around the world. If you did not find your country in the list in "Shipping Policy", please contact us via e-mail sales@thearomaries.com mentioning your shipping address and we will get back to you with more detailed information.

    What are the shipping times & costs?

      Shipping costs depend on your destination country. We offer parcel locker delivery or express post for Baltics & express shipping only for the rest of the world. On orders over 100€ the express shipping is free for qualifying countries.
      Shipping times around Europe takes 1-5 days depending your destination country. Please note that we are shipping from Latvia, EU. Therefore, shipping outside EU might take longer due to Customs procedures of your country.

    Do I have to pay Customs Fees & Import Taxes?

    European residents will not be charged any customs related fees.
    Non-European residents will be subject to additional customs charges and import taxes. Aromaries Jewellery has no control over any additional charges due to different customs policies around the world. Please check with your local taxes office for more information about customs clearance procedure and import taxes.

    How can I pay for my order?

    You can pay with your credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal or using Stripe payment gateway.

    I paid my order. How can I be sure that the payment went through?

      If the payment was successful, you will receive your order confirmation within minutes to your e-mail. Please check “Spam” folder and your bank statement. If you have any questions, please "Contact Us"

    How can I track my purchase?

    Once your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days, you will receive another e-mail with shipping details. All our orders are sent as registered shipments. The tracking number is subject to availability depending on your destination country.

    Most of the orders are shipped from Latvia & Poland. For US customers we use Amazon shipping. Depending on circumstances, orders may be fulfilled in parts and sent from Aromaries Jewellery or a third party warehouses in separate packages. Aromaries Jewellery or a third party delivers goods within 2-10 working days, depending on the destination. Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that unforeseeable delays may occur, over which Aromaries Jewellery has no control and is not liable

    Please note…

    In the event of any problems or shortage of items, Aromaries Jewellery will immediately notify you of the possible longer term of delivery and, if you are satisfied with this, Aromaries Jewellery or a third party will continue to carry out the delivery. If longer delivery time provided by Aromaries Jewellery does not satisfy you, the submitted order is canceled and your funds are returned to you in accordance with our refund policy.

    Please understand…

    Orders that have been confirmed through our website cannot normally be cancelled. If a shipment cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for both the return and original shipping costs. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any orders that have been listed as delivered or attempted delivery.

    Duties & Import Taxes

    When international orders (shipments outside the EU) arrive at their destination country, they may be subject to customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes; as a result, each buyer is responsible for any potential extra charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order, as import tariffs and taxes differ depending on country.

    Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at returns@thearomaries.com for return processing details.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be ready to provide visual proofs by means of photographs or/ and video.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    An item is eligible for return only if it meets the requirements as set by our return policy. Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they have manufacturing defects. Any refund due will only be issued after we have inspected the return. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.

    Please note that we do not process cash refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well as gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@thearomaries.com.

    Please note that international customs charges and sales taxes will not be refunded (for shipments outside the EU).
