Most of the orders are shipped from Latvia & Poland. For US customers we use Amazon shipping. Depending on circumstances, orders may be fulfilled in parts and sent from Aromaries Jewellery or a third party warehouses in separate packages. Aromaries Jewellery or a third party delivers goods within 2-10 working days, depending on the destination. Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that unforeseeable delays may occur, over which Aromaries Jewellery has no control and is not liable

In the event of any problems or shortage of items, Aromaries Jewellery will immediately notify you of the possible longer term of delivery and, if you are satisfied with this, Aromaries Jewellery or a third party will continue to carry out the delivery. If longer delivery time provided by Aromaries Jewellery does not satisfy you, the submitted order is canceled and your funds are returned to you in accordance with our refund policy.
Please understand…
Orders that have been confirmed through our website cannot normally be cancelled. If a shipment cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for both the return and original shipping costs. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any orders that have been listed as delivered or attempted delivery.

Duties & Import Taxes
When international orders (shipments outside the EU) arrive at their destination country, they may be subject to customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes; as a result, each buyer is responsible for any potential extra charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order, as import tariffs and taxes differ depending on country.
Customs Fees & Import Taxes
European residents will not be charged any customs related fees. Non-European residents will be subject to additional customs charges and import taxes, except US customers. Aromaries Jewellery has no control over any additional charges due to different customs policies around the world. Please check with your local taxes office for more information about customs clearance procedure and import taxes

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be ready to provide visual proofs by means of photographs or/ and video.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
An item is eligible for return only if it meets the requirements as set by our return policy. Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they have manufacturing defects. Any refund due will only be issued after we have inspected the return. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
Please note that we do not process cash refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well as gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that international customs charges and sales taxes will not be refunded (for shipments outside the EU).
